What should I expect from a guided mediation (hypnosis) session?
Each 45 minute class is dedicated to a specific meditation theme including; self-love, compassion, acceptance of past, oneness, anti-anxiety, giving and receiving, balancing chakras, finding purpose in life, among many others. The themes are weekly, while some will require 2 or 3 sessions.
I will guide you through your experience by suggesting pleasant visualizations and encouraging thoughts and questions, all the while you are in a complete relaxed state of mind. These guided meditations are based on extensive brain research and are formulated to use the pathways that the subconscious mind likes to hear.
Aroma and sound therapy will also be incorporated in order to deepen your experience. At the end of the session, one will feel as though the reset button has been pressed on the busy mind. Also, we will reflect as a group on the current state of emotional being and I will provide further wellness tools to use on a daily basis.
