In this class, you will hold poses for up to 5 breaths building up your strength and flexibility. It’s a fast-paced class building up heat in the body. This class focuses on alignment and using props to get the best pose for the student and also adjusting throughout the class. Power yoga aids in weight loss, strengthening muscles, making them long and leaner, and the body more flexible.
