A shortcut to influencing your subconscious mind is Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT). It is a systematic and effective tool and a form of psychotherapy which works with your subconscious mind to create desired changes in the form of new perceptions, beliefs, emotions or behaviours. Furthermore, your subconscious mind is also responsible for the functioning and maintenance of your body. Since your subconscious mind is the actual steering force lasting changes can only happen when they are planted there. The practitioner uses suggestions tailor-made to your individual needs which she gives in a command-like tone in order to re-reprogramme your subconscious mind. During the session you are totally aware of whats happening. You are in control and can always interrupt and stop. She puts you into a different state of your brain, one that is similar to the sleep-awake state that we all experience prior to waking up in the morning.
There are four different states of the brain: beta, alpha, theta and delta. You are in a beta state when you are awake and fully aware, you are very relaxed when you are in the alpha state. This is the state where rapid transformational therapy begins. You are in the theta state while meditating. This is where rapid transformational therapy is very deep. The delta state is the deep sleep. And this is the healing state. So rapid transformational therapy puts you in the alpa and theta state where you are still fully awake.
