The balance session is a space to explore and play with gravity. We will search for the balances and imbalances within our bodies through working on healthy body alignment and structure. Our bodies are in constant play with the gravitational force that roots us to planet earth, in this class we will twist and play with this force by walking and bouncing on the slackline. We will be also discovering the role our joints play in coordinating and shuffling our weight on Rolabolas (balancing boards) and rolling barrels.
