Many of us may have suffered from back pain at one point in our lives.
Good posture is the foundation of a pain free back and Yoga is well known to correct the posture by bringing awareness to common posture patterns like where you are holding tension and where you have imbalances that can attribute to back pain.
This class is a gentle form of Hatha & Restorative yoga where we bring consciousness to the misalignment of the body and use this awareness to correct the posture and reduce back pain. We work on some breathing exercise, mobility movements for the spine, lengthening and strengthening the back & core muscles.
We also bring attention on any hips misalignment, which can also attribute to back pain. Consult your doctor before attending this class if you have any serious back/spine problem.

She has tapped into the world of yoga since 2012, and has been lucky to learn from wise and inspiring individuals.
