What is Pranayama?
Pranayama is the formal practice of controlling the breath, the source of our prana, or vital life force.
Pranayama aims at helping individuals transform themselves from the inside out by liberating stuck energy patterns. Doing so allows them to find new opportunities outside of themselves.
It’s often said to be one of the most effective ways to heal oneself because it allows you to take control over your thoughts and feelings, which are key factors in mental health!
The practice of breathwork is designed to help individuals be more in control. It can do that by engaging their unconscious mind and allowing them the opportunity for intuitive insights, creativity, or even relaxation.
Pranayama can help with:
- Self-empowering and self-healing tool using your own breath
- It helps to improve oxygen levels and allows the energy, prana, to flow more freely
Our Methodology:
The practice of transformative breathwork includes deep breathing exercises that can be performed in meditation or at home. A practitioner’s controlled environment is used as an extension of oneself, finding the process by which they wish for this control over their life’s journey – whether it is personal growth goals, recovery from injury, etc.
