Sanskrit-Counted Primary Series classes; afternoon workshops on asana technique, alignment, concepts of the method, body opening, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, Q&A and more, in an idyllic, tranquil, lush and sustainable eco-retreat.
There’ll be an abundance of home-grown delicious organic plant-based, vegetarian and tropical food, stunning Balinese eco accommodation, spectacular views, rainforest trekking, nature walks, cooking and crafts workshops, Balinese massages, and energy healing sessions. During leisure time there will be the opportunity to explore Bail’s breathtaking nature, culture, temples, markets, and beaches. Daily Ashtanga yoga classes will be led by KPJAYI Certified Philippa Asher.
From London, Philippa Asher is one of a few Ashtanga yoga practitioners in the world to be Certified by Pattabhi Jois to teach the Ashtanga yoga method in his tradition. She has spent over 20 years learning at the source in India and for the last 18 years has dedicated her life to accurately sharing the Ashtanga yoga system internationally, both in classes and on retreats world wide.
