This class is designed for anyone who wants to stay active & vibrant. Flowing mindfully, we focus on safe alignment that builds strength and lengthens the muscles within every pose. With every movement we bring full attention to the breath and focus on observing our body within every posture. This class progresses from movement to stillness to bring balance and steadiness to both body and mind.

Sara Abdel Moneim

Sarah is a radio presenter by day and Yoga instructor all the time. She started her yoga journey back in 2016 and finished her 500 Hrs vinyasa and Yin training back in 2018
between Bali & India.

A former corporate employee took off to Bali for a year to teach yoga philosophy, meditation, vinyasa, yin & a lot more at Yoga Union teacher training. She then took off to Germany to study Budokon Yoga with the creators of Budokon academy Cameron Shayne & Melayne Shayne, where she then received her 50 HR BDK Yoga teacher certification.

In 2020 launched the Egyptian Yoga & wellness online platform called Sukun Studios. Sarah has held and led many retreats in Egypt & abroad & loves focusing on practices that help you open your body, explore your possibilities, calm your mind & connect with your true self.
